People are sick and tired of being told lies about the Constitution! My book explains simply that you are the most powerful person in the Constitution! That Government is supposed to be your servant! The Constitution was written so that the Citizen was most powerful and the Federal Government the least powerful. Over the last 250 years everything has turned upside down. Worse yet we have elected nothing but Citizen's with no experience to become elected officials. The first thing these people do is run around trying to write law after law. So we have 250 years of laws built up that it is almost illegal at this point to go get your mail at the mailbox! So now it APPEARS the Feds are most powerful and the Citizen has no Rights at all. The history of Governments is they start small and continue to grow! Eventually they get out of control. The reason you were given the Right to Bear Arms in the Constitution was of course for protection, but most importantly to take back Government if it got out of control! The Citizen is the most powerful person in the Constitution! The Feds are to check in with the Sheriff when they enter a County to let the Sheriff know what they are doing. They are not to be there doing things behind the scenes.
* An obligation of a Government by the People is that when the Population elects or hires a hired hand, the People being Governed have an obligation to hold those hired hands accountable!
* The Citizen is the most powerful Person in the Constitution!
* Evidence: The Citizen is granted Rights! Hired hands of Government are granted Rights too, but not to trample over the Rights of Citizen's!
* The Sheriff is the most powerful Person in the County…..as long as he is upholding his end of the bargain! Serving! He is responsible to the Citizen, and the State, as long as the State is upholding their end of the bargain!
* The State is more powerful than the Feds….as long as the State is upholding their end of the bargain! Serving! The State is responsible to the Citizen! Proof….Marijuana Law, illegal on Federal level, at least 33 States say, not in our State! We have legalized it!
* The Feds are there to assist the Citizen's, or State if they need help! Be concerned about National Highways or Parks or National Infrastructure! To keep any Military under control! To Serve! They are responsible to the Citizen!
* In other words, The Citizen is the most powerful Person! Government Employee’s are nothing more than hired hands! To follow the morals of the 10 Commandments, The Constitution! To uphold their end of the bargain!
